At Voyabarefoot, we want you to experience the natural freedom of movement with complete confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn footwear. Ensure your items are in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund or a size swap.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original Voya box and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your new barefoot pair within 5-7 business days.
